For one of my cross- (sanity?) checks I've installed 1.96 fresh into another directory and added the latest History files. When I Test those same 1.96 Z Systems, the results are no longer what they were (they're now worse). Comparing the equity curves, the differences start at the beginning - 2014 is a drawdown year now.

The only difference I can think of is the History files, since it's the same Zorro install file. Hence the question: Have the History files changed (presumably for the better) since 1-1.5 years ago?

You can see the file dates of your history files with the Windows Explorer.

The file dates of the early histories are from 2016. Afterwards each history file date is normally from the begin of the following year.

??? When I download a History file all dates in Explorer (file Properties) are the current date...

You are aware that the download is a zip archive and file dates are preserved?

*slaps head* Duh. Of course. Sorry for the time-waster. Too much going on this past year...

But now I'm really at a loss to explain the difference...
