Most of available articles are about strategies when to open trades. What I am missing is a tutorial or article about how to manage open trades or how to properly set stop losses or trailing mechanisms. It would also be great to get some advise how to read mae / mfe plots.

Really good one when I was reading it, I thought some parts of Zorro manual were based on it and nice walk-through how to analyse the stategy report
