I use Z12 to trade with GP and use the AssetsGP.csv (I presume this is the asset list for Global Prime). I got the below warnings, how can I fix these warnings, or I can skip these warnings ?

Just a little hint, after connecting to the GP API and running the script, there will be a new assets.csv file in your log directory. There are the correct values downloaded from the broker inthere.
Alle messages concerned are just warnings, should not affect the Z12 performance, but I had the same at my ATFX account and it was all possible to fix via assets.csv parameters.

Warning 054: NAS100 LotAmount 1.0 -> 0.10 <<<---- not so cool, better get the file right, or don't be surprised in the end
