It seems that "LifeTime" is in Bars, and counting also the remaining time of the current candle.

Is there a way to make the trade duration in minutes?

For example :
( in ) BarPeriod = 5
TradeDuration (Life time) = 15 minutes (exactly)

Not without extra code. You need a TMF for that. Use TICKS mode and compare the trade entry time with the current time, then exit.
