I am trading using Z12, recently there are hugh losses which prompt me to check those active trades in MT4 vs Zorro. I have stop the Zorro trade with NO to close open trades and YES to stop trading. Then I close the Zorro windows and restart Zorro. After restart, I expect to see those trades info, but I did not get anything. I try to stop trade again, this time the Close open trades windows did not come out, which it means Zorro has lost all the open trades in MT4 ?

Do I need to attach the trd file here ? Does it contains my account info ?

I need to close all active trades in MT4 now ? Or there are ways to put Zorro back in control to read those MT4 trades ?

Open trades are in the trd file and i dont think that it contains your mt4 login because zorro doesn't know it either.

Trades are not continued when either the trd file was not found, or when the trades were not open in the mt4 platform. You see in the log which it was.

If the trades were not found because you accidentally onnected to a wrong mt4 account or something like that, you must copy the trd.bak backup file to .trd and then connect again.

@Petra, thank you for your response. I only use one MT4 account on a VPS, and what I did was just Stop the trade and restart Zorro as described. It is really weird and dangerous for a system that suppose to run automagically.

I could have done something wrong (in the above steps) and I would appreciate someone can tell me. So that to prevent it happens again, and to others.

But your problem was resolved, you started the same script on multiple accounts. Of course your trades can then not be resumed. Account A cannot know your trades on account B.
