Only JCL and I, active in this thread? Am I the only FXCM user?

Have expanded my test. All test on a REAL account. Assets=NAS100 and JPN225
I was aware of the risk that a winning trade could quickly switch to a losing trade without the control of Zorro (app crash)

64Bit System:
Windows 7.....2 Zorro Instances > so far no app crash
Windows 10 ..2 Zorro Instances > so far no app crash

32Bit System:
Windows 7.....2 Zorro Instances > few app crashes
Windows 10...2 Zorro Instances > few app crashes

- Another thing I noticed tonight was that the crash happened at exactly 23:00 Uhr (17:00Uhr BrokerTime)
At this point the NAS100 and JPN225 are normally closed for one hour
- But some crashes also happened during the day

You're not the only one, we got many reports of the FXCM login error, but you are the only one with a win32 crash. It does not crash on our win32 test system. Which doesn't mean much since very old systems often have module damages.

Can you post the last 20 lines of the diag.txt after a crash?

Don't see any other reports, where are these many reports?
Do those many other users report directly to support?
Why not in the forum?

Yes.

Support is faster. And bug fixes are always free. (Unless user error is the source of the bugs, in which case, you need paid support.)

There is no Diag.txt file in the Zorro folder / subfolder
How was that again to enable Diag.txt?

Is this right? set (LOGFILE);

Thanks. That's a crash in a DLL process, not in the script or in the Zorro process. So I suspect that one of the new FXCM DLLs is not compatible with one of the modules or background processes on your Win32 machine. If it happened exactly at 23:00, it could have been triggered by a server event at that time.

You can try to fix it by reinstalling a fresh Windows version on that machine, maybe 64 bit instead of 32 bit. Otherwise do not continue FXCM trading on that PC.

Hello all! I am having the exact same error when trying to log into my FXCM accounts for trading with Zorro. I had no issues around 4 weeks ago, when I had to turn off the system for a while.

I tried copy pasting the updated DLLs from the previous post, but that didn't resolve it. I also downloaded and installed the version 2.40 (release candidate), also unzipped the FXCM folder and that also didn't help. No idea what else to try?
