Hey JCL,

I've got a problem with two shaders and maybe you can give me a hint where to search.

I use a specbump shader on my character model and in one special room a kind of shockwave shader.
Everything works fine when I set the character shader by using ent_mtl set.
But when I set the specbump shader directly in MED as effect at the skin, the character model gets invisible when the shockwave is "running" over it.
In all other situations there's no problem having the effect set at the skin in MED, only those two shader doesn't work together unless I set the specbump via ent_mtlset.

What's the difference between both techniques?

Cheers
Sascha

Ok, I solved my problem.

If I set the effect in the MDL I have to set some material values as well.
After having them set both shaders are working fine together.
