I want to get started again now that I am retired. how do i get all the info I need to get 3D game studio working in my name

The easiest way is probably by reaching out to their support via EMail to get your Key files etc.: info (at) 3dgamestudio.net

If you are just starting to get stuff working, it might be worthwhile to consider a different game engine. I love 3D Gamestudio, and have released 3 games with it (working on my fourth) but I would say you'd be better off going with something that is more up to date like Unity or Godot. Especially if you are familiar with other scripting languages like C#.
