And what's about the invisible parts? I tried this with Steempipes ffp_transenvmap and ffp_maskedenvmap, but it is always the whole square of the sprite, not the expected shape of the alpha channel.

Yes.  You have to make your env mapping mask the reflection where the alphamap is not visible... if you understand that.
