well most of you have probably seen LOTR: the two towers, and a fair few who havnt may have read the books. so here created in 3d for your viewing pleasure is helms deep!!!!!! its not 100% exact due to impossible shapes for bsp (like some of the arches in the curved walls.) but i think its close enought. i havent added the rocks in as that would have to be done with models i recon geometry wouldnt look good and would lag.

thanks daedelus, im trying to build a portfolio. i had helms deep mapped onto a 5 x 5 foot peice of mdf from when i was making a scale model of it for a wargames table. but it never got finished sadly, and the LOTR mini's (from gamesworkshop0 went up in the attic till i get round to selling them (£1000 worth atleast)

Never actually seen LOTR so I wouldn't be able to comment on likeness, although I've never seen Bilbo's levelmaking abilities so would be great to see. I'll wait for screenies to start flooding in . Hopefully there might be some soon . If not then oh well, I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of your work around here Bilbo .
