I'm in need of a humanoid model with around 45-50 different animations and 2 skins. Once agreed, I'll provide detailed description for the model and for each animation needed. The animations are mostly battle oriented like the following:

Walk
Walk - Aim
Strefe Left
Strafe Left - Aim
Crouch
Crouch - Hit
Crouch - Die
Prone
etc...

I also need two weapons, one ranged(some gun) and one melee to be able to be attached to the humanoid model. The model should not exceed 1600 polys and each of the weapon models should not exceed 400 polys.

Since these models will be used for an open-source Ai package I'll also need all distribution rights to these models, since people buying my product will be allowed to use the models freely any way they like.

I'm paying $100 for this job. I'll pay upon completition using PayPal or any other method preferred.

Since I'm on a tight schedule here, I'll prefer developers who can pull this through in the next few days. Of course, some portofolio of previous work would always be nice.

If you're interested, either reply here, PM me or contact me through here:

Are you releasing a "free" AI package?
I'd be willing to give you custom test dummies with all required animations for free, if you're releasing a free AI package, or as a trade for a copy of the standard edition of Intense AI. Test dummies are extremely low-polygon models at roughly 254 faces. Test dummy weapon models usually weigh in at roughly 30 faces. Test dummy models are suitable for testing, but due to the low quality and low resolution of the meshs and animations they aren't really desirable for use with commercial applications. Because test dummy models are of low quality, they are, and will always be completely free, and they can be used and distributed without restrictions. While I doubt that you actually desire models of such low resolution, I use them all the time, sometimes with over 100 in a level to test my own sorry AI efforts. You can download a sample of one of the earlier test dummies from Acknex Resources. I would have contributed more test dummies, some with weapons, some with movement, melee, and AI test scripts, etc., but I doubt that there is any actual desire for this. While I may find it mildly entertaining to have over 100 test dummies in a level avoiding walls, avoiding cliffs, avoiding each other, walking, running, jumping, swimming, dying, battling each other with swords, throwing grenades, etc., the truth of the matter is that no one else wants test dummies.

I was thinking more of a secret agent model..

The model itself is not the big deal I guess. I found lots of models that would suited my needs for free. But since this model is going to be used for a generic Ai package, I'd like to show every single animation that the Ai can handle. Thus, the biggest challenge in this job I guess is the multiple animations I'm asking for.

Still looking for someone btw..
Aris

I'm sorry. I did not mean to insult you by suggesting that any custom test dummies, which would obviously be of inferior quality, created for you, by me, for free, or in exchange for one copy of the standard edition of Intense AI, would actually be worthy of your product, a commercial product. The offer I made may have been inappropriate. Quite frankly, I am very unskilled at modeling, skinning and animating models, and I have yet to produce what I would consider to be a commercially viable model. I did not mean to imply that your product and test dummies were equivalent in quality. Now I suppose I could try to be consistently offensive by offering a later edition of a poorly skinned and poorly modeled "dummy" prototype, but I'll pretend that I have more sense.

hey, don't go crazy, I didn't got insulted. If your model suited my needs, I'd be glad to trade you a copy of Intense Ai for it. After all, I'm offering $100 for it, which is 3 times the price of Intense Ai, right?

I can't use a test dummy model though... The bush guy you posted is kinda better, but still I was thinking more of a secret service guy, he's more of a politician..

I've given up looking for free models cause there's no way I'll find all the animations i need for one..

I can't believe no one wanted 100 bucks in exchange for one model.. I thought I'd get way more response than that... Is it the big number of animations that scared people away? or do $100 mean nothing nowadays? I'm comfused...

hey Aris ,

Eveyone's on a holiday....dont worry ..i think people would make a model for your requirements for free too as the AI that you are doing is a much awaited
product and also 100$ is not less !

Cheers !
