Anyone know if it is possible to disable the 'window' key?
Also the ALT-TAB combination?

i think its impossible, and thats why the newest keyboards has autolocker whenever u run fullscreen program. There is also few software made to disable them. So i think every game designer would disable them in all games if that would be possible

IMO
