Is it possible to set the nexus size in other way than via commandline parameters?

I need nexus to be scaled up to 80 or 100 MB in order to accomodate the large number of entites. I would also like to avoid using any *.bat files to start my game. I know that any install utility can prepare a shortcut with all necessary command line parameters, but this is also not very elegant - users won't be able to create properly running shortcuts by themselves if they require.

Yep, there is, but is doesn't seem to work in published game, at least in mine. My development engine is started with -nx 100 and everything works fine, but when I try to run one of the levels which has nexus set to 100MB in map properties, the game reporst Nextus too small error.

Elka:

I haven't had a problem resizeing the nexus in WED and then running a level from WED (after I realized the nexus was too small). However, I guess I really haven't tried resizeing the nexus in WED and then running a resourced/published level.

Do you build the level after setting/resetting the nexus?

Yes. I build levels with nexus set to 100. They usually work in published version but sometimes I get 'nexus too small'.

Have you tried setting the nexus slightly higher than you need? I call this the Just incase stuff happens factor,

Nexus set to 100 is probably more than I need. When I set it with -nx 100 option, the published game works fine, but without this option it reports nexus too small error. I could set the nexus in my levels' properties to higher value than 100, but this doesn't make much sense to me.
