I've commented out the 'effect_load' lines, but it still crashes. It does print an error log in *.html format. I can't read German (even though I'm half German) so my mother translated it for me. There is a problem with the "Post-Processor" and "Rendercore". Quote:

I use 3.0 BETA with source. I can't find any samples though. It should crash in initialization, otherwise what’s the point in it. I have other DLLs running and I've turned off all shaders. Something’s not right. Maybe conitec sabotaged it so I have to buy Pro

I'll come clean, I didn't even search. I wanted someone else to do it for me  Thanks, the example works, and the water in the example is exactly what I need. I hope it really does work with Non-Pro versions. The problem was I forgot to put the "SLX3Content" folder in my game folder  Anyway, I haven't tried the water stuff in my game yet. I will be back if it doesn't work.
