Fake mirrors? Maybe that could be the answer to no buying Pro. Do the fake mirrors use real-time reflection, so my boats will reflect? Oh, and I looked in the last AUM at the screenshot, it looks nice BTW, I've noticed that AUM has the same ideas as me, I made a vegetation script for terrains (for my RTS) and AUM made one after (mine is better because it uses so much maths, no variables needed). Then with the real-time mesh deformation of terrains, I made one (better) for my RTS, even includes painting the terrains for my multitexture terrain shader (again, better than AUM). PS: I love AUM, I have nothing against it.

I dont think George's intent with the AUM is to present the ultimate optimized code, rather to provide broad examples for users of all levels to build upon. Both the above ideas have been around in the AUMs for a very long time, I am sure George is not stealing your ideas. The latest AUMs only present recent incarnations of these ideas as the engine is now capable of doing more. Look through the older AUMs and you will see this plainly. I can tell you are very proud of your code as this is the third time I have read you brag that your code is better than another individuals, and you have only been here a month! Perhaps you would gather more favor by contributing your superior code than by putting other members coding abilities down? Just thought you might appreciate some feedback on the attitude you seem to be coming across with...
Not two, not one.

I was once given a contract to make some code which then was featured in the next AUM. The code was different from mine. Am i to believie that George went on my computer and got that project and then changed it? Somethings are just coincidence(sp?).

@Josiah: Thanks for the feedback. I know he didn't actually steal, it's just a coincidence that he has the same ideas as me ("great minds think alike") I applaud George's work and effort, and the AUM magazine is what keeps me going with 3D GameStudio (and one reason I bought it). But my vegetation script is just 4-8 lines when his is like 200 lines. Mine does all the maths in two lines then the rest is placement. I will post it in "User Contributions" soon. On Topic: About real-time reflections and fake mirrors?

Fake mirrors in AUM#31? OK, let me check my "Aum1... Aum50 chm compilation" This is the most useful thing I have ever seen. But these use entities; I need something for my RTS that doesn't include creating double the entities which will be bad for an RTS. BTW, I don't really care if George takes my idea (which he probably doesn't). I would love to contribute to AUM, but I don't know what or how.
