hi all,

i just wanted to show off some pics i recently made. it's a small lava cave featuring a stone skull, old wall remains, volumetic and animated fog, dense, heat, floating lit candles, the conitec multitexturing terrain shader (in an abused form for models here) and EP3 for the candle fire. this is a model-only level, all stuff created in wings3d. hope this sets a small counterbalance for all the blocky, vacuum-cleaned levels in the last few weeks (cheers sp|ke )

i will set up a fly-through version for all to DL when it's completed (if i ever do so, that's my weak point).

give me a week at least..

the popup thing isn't normal, btw. it's just imageshack ...which normally doesn't show up special popups besides the top ad bar.

image shack is ok, just from now on use the bottom address after you upload it, it is a direct link to the pic, not a link to a site with the pic

Cool design , theme.

But not impressed and without shaders you could get same results.
The level is empty , so you could have used lot more polys.
(we can see squarry models)

Like always : my bad talking , not to flame your good work.

Looks good but the lava and the ground looks too similiar in my oppinion.

The fog looks very nice and I would love to see a fly through.
However maybe more detailed skins for the ground (looks pretty scaled up) would give it a smoother look.

But: Nice candles
