I did some more test on my "Test Computer"
I manage to raise my fps up 20 by Removing the Turbulence
Sky box Texture..

Yea looks horrible right now with a squiglly looking box
around my level but FPS is coming up!

Also I have noticed that Sunlight is Affecting FPS...

So I'm now Wondering if there is a Way to still have
Outdoor levels with skies and sun?

Maybe someway to Make it seem outside with sun?

any ideas would be great I want this game to play good
even on Computers old as dirt!

Thanks,

All that sounds strange, indeed.
Anyway, for uploading images, I'd suggest you just try imageshack.

Here I am in a room looking away from models..

Models not quite in view as I look up;
but notice FPS is allready dropping.

Now looking from top down...
same thing FPS starts to drop as I get close to having
models in view.

Now all 3 Models are in view...

...And Here Debug mode in wire frame at a really low FPS

So as you can see this is a very small basic level.

If that last wall is a normal flat wall ( I mean the big one you can see in the distance, then that's your problem. It has some ugly red lines on it, meaning it isn't build very well ... Rebuild that block (probably that's a wall from the hollow block your level is in?).

Cheers

Well actually the wall in the distance goes less than
half way up..

If looks like just a wall from the screen shot but it used
to be a skybox behind.. I just Removed the sky texture and flags
to gain more FPS.

However the first wall is only one block and the former
Sky box wall behind it is only 1 block...

It just show up that way in debug mode when you double
click the "d" button... Have no idea what it all means
just thought it would help showing this screen.

To maybe help diagnose the low FPS I'm encontering.

Any other ideas... other than maybe finder a
better "test machine"? ...

I would also think that in fact your WMB is the problem. If I spotted that correctly, there are about 450 map polygons in view when your fps drop - compared with your PC's performance this could well cause your problems.
Try setting all the blocks to "flat" and see if anything changes...

Thanks for the tip...
re-setting all flags to flats gave me another FPS boost.
With 3 guards present it never drops below 30 FPS
wich I know 30 is considered low but on this machine I at least
dosn't lock up and freeze movement.

I'm going to slowly start adding a few more guards and
see if I can at least keep my FPS at a minimum of 30.
I don't like 30 but as long as it dosn't lock
up its probally going to have to work as a minimum FPS.

I'll test a little further and post my findings..

Thanks,

[EDIT] After adding 2 more "guard models I now
get a minimum of 20 FPS...

Still not very good for A 1st person shooter game
where several models will be present at various times
in game. [/EDIT]
