Does anyone have a clue how I could rig a custom Entity update system? I want to have all the entities on the client, NOT the server, and then be able to update the clients manually with send_vars, rather than the built in dplay_entupdate.

Is it possible to get entities to exist on client rather than server? How is this done? How do you refer to the entities on the client from the server?

Any help would be great.

Nobody know anything about the dll interface and perhaps using winsock or directplay manually or something?
