hi i'm new to 3dgs and i have downloaded 3ds models but when i run the engine preview in med it says (can't be rendered 65000 faces/vertices does this mean i can't use them thanks in advance

No, you cant use them because they are not made for realtime apps like games. There is too much polygons and 3d game engines cant handle so many polys with a playable framerate.
Search for low-poly models.
