Congratulations, we were able to get our bandwidth issues solved and the site is up and running again. Check back early next week for new video tutorials. This should help pass the time and help you prepare for release.

Thanks again,
Brad Grimm

Hi Intense X Team,

First of all, sorry for my bad english, maybe some words are wrong ;\) ...

I read something like that:
"As a note for those who plan on Purchasing a copy; To be excempt from the VAT tax that share-it seems to be charging to everyone located inside the European Union, choose Paypal as your payment method and when asked to enter your Address, choose a non-European country (Zimbabwe seems to work great..)"

What does this mean? I can only buy it with paypal? And i don't need to give them my right adress? Or can i buy it also with a credit card? I'm confuse. \:\)

Last but not least, a great product, i will pre-order it. - when you answer my questions. ;\)

it means, if you buy it thrıugh paypal, you dont have to pay VAT. Share it charges +vat. This means you pay more. Paypal is better

You can buy directly with a credit card, but since you're from Germany you'd be liable to the VAT tax, which increases the cost of Intense X from 39.99 euro to 47.59. This didn't happen until share-it (our merchant) changed its business model from a web service to a re-seller company :(. So, when you're buying Intense X, if you state that you're from a non-european country instead (we came up with Zimbabwe because you won't have to type in a zip code either) you avoid the tax, but to be legal use Paypal as your payment method. If you're not aware of Paypal, its a service where you type in your credit card details once, so you don't have to use them everytime you buy something from the internet, thus having much more secure transactions.

We had some trouble on the website 2 days ago when we first launched it, but not yesterday.. The site has been running smoothly ever since.. Please try again today and let me know if you're still having difficulties.. As to the link on our first post of this thread, that post is one year old and the link no longer works! If a moderator happens to drop by here, i'd love it if you could change that link's url to: "http://www.intense-i.com" instead.. Thanks ;\)

Hi Aris/Rafu,

I really appreciate the additional info you are including in your posts. It makes it much easier to anticipate what is happening.

The one remaining question I have is what will be the policy for purchasers of your initial release. I was one of those guys lucky enough to get your initial beta. Is there any price break?

Thanks,
Marcus \:\)
