Bad Rats: the Rats' Revenge

Hello,

We are presenting our last game project, Bad Rats: the Rats' Revenge.

It's a physics puzzle game, with a theme, Rats x Cats, a lot of humor, a lot of cartoon blood and cartoon violence...

It's really a funny game, I think one of our best games, and laughters are surely included when playing.

The game was made made still with A6.6, we are updating to A7 just now, and all physics is based in ODE and some other own codes.

We have some other videos, images and extra info in our site:
www.invent4.com

The demo version will be available soon.

All the best,

A.B.

I love it!

Neat style, great idea and it seems to be very funny!

normally don't mind blood and guts but, for some reason, I would rather see the cat squashed flat in a cartoon fashion then to see him explode in blood and eyeballs. I think it is because a cartoon death would be more in line with the look and feel of the game. But this is just my opinion.

I second that!

I also agree with Dan, if you made such a fun game then use some cartoon effects instead of blood. That way you can sell game to kids and to adults.

But it seems like these over-the-top blood effects are part of the concept, like in these Itchy and Scratchy cartoons.
Maybe they could implement an option to switch the blood off, so children can play it and adults can have these effects if they like.

Why so mainstream?

I think this is a top selling point which makes the game remindable. I would buy it just because of it - and I would also recommend it just because of it (beside the nice graphics and the nice gameplay and the typical buzzwords).
