the game looks great and you seem to be makeing steady progress.
i have always liked the point and click adventure games, day of the tenticle is one of my favroite's. any chance of remakeing day of the tenticle in the future?

after we finished MM3D, we are planning to do a new Adventure game of our own ( own Story, own charackters ...), this will take a while even with the time we save, becouse we have our tools from MM3D we can use again. After that...who knows!? But a Remake of Dott is a nearly impossible thing to do. DOTT is one of the best Adventures ever done. To Remake it, would be a more then hard job. If there will be a Third game from us in the far future it could also be a non-adventure game. ( we like jump and runs too )

Nurse Edna, Dr.Fred and Sandy were added and a new more MM original looking Tentacle version is in the Making to replace the Dott like one, we are using at the moment.
There has been a lot of Progress with the Purple Tentacle Scripts and the cutscenes.

The first playable public demo is in the making ... I hope to have it finished as an entry for the retro contest.

Looking forward for that. When will the demo be released? and when do you think the full version will be released?

The demo will be released with the end of the month as this is the deadline for the retro contest.

I think the full version can be expected in summer. Currently we're adding some new features, doing some bugfixing, implementing the showdowns of the game (last few minutes) and modelling the missing playable characters.

Good News:

There is an English Version of the Demo in the Making. Hopefully we can make the Translation in Time to Publish, both versions the same day.
I dont know yet, if there will be two versions or one with an option to choose. We build the game for Multilenguage, so i think it will be more likely an "Choose" version.
Pegamode will anser that Question soon i think.

you can choose the language within the game.

As far as we can say now the demo will be in english and in german language.
The language has to be configured in a small config.ini file. In the final release you can switch the language within the game in an option panel, but that won't be finished for the demo.

The default-action function got it also in the demo.
