Meteor Mess ( RELEASED )

As the name says: a remake of the mother of all adventures Maniac Mansion in 3D, with Ankh / Jack Keane like graphics.
We made this game to learn how 3D Gamestudio works and to use this knowledge for our first own project.

This Pictures are some weeks old and there were some minor changes made since, but as i said: Minor. So i took them and deliver the completely redone versions later.

Additionally we're working hard on replacing all menues (start screen, load/save screens ...) by completely new ones. It's not just changing the gfx but also adding a kind of slot (group) principle for the savegames so that it's easier to play different walkthroughs when choosing different kids at the beginning. Two of the arcade machines are already playable (including an online highscore table so that you can share your topscore with the world). In the end there will be 6 game-in-games within MM3D. Fifteen rooms (out of 39) have been overworked (new textures, new objects) and the work on the next room has been started. The new menues and load / save routines are still in work. Some minor bugs have been fixed and we did some little improvements to the inventory. Many of the newer models were build to increase the detail level in the whole game and get a much better look as in the now outdated demo.
