Call Of Death

Watch out!

Because there's a zombie invasion, and someone is pretty pissed off about that. It's Dirty Dick Johnson, and we are proud to show you his new game named "Call of Death: Chapter one". It's a complete indy production, we are currently looking for publisher and are evaluating online distribution platforms.

YOUR MISSION:
You are Dirty Dick Johnson, a guy who doesn't care about anything but girls'n booze. But since the Pussy Palace, Big City's nr. 1 adress for first class adult dancing entertainment couldn’t open because of the zombie invasion, you'll have to make your way out into the city to bring back all the lost strippers. There might be some zombies in your way...

GAME FACTS:
* A fast paced first person SHOTER with a lot of action, hot babes and really black humor
* Easy accessable arcade gameplay, cinematic kill scenes and countless gallons of zombie blood to be shed
* Weapon shop with 12 weapons and a lot of additional items to be purchased
* 5 levels / 3 versions to play each map / 3 mini games to be revealed throughout the game
* 1st of 3 planned chapters

I really don't understand why an (almost) finished game gets cancelled just because Steam don't want it. Wouldn't be better to find a smaller publisher and get less money than having the game on your hard disk without getting any profit?

My bet goes to a bad cost-benefit ratio, because distributing needs time.
Time is money when you got other (better) things to do.
As a professional you sometimes need to pull the handbrake, regardless of any high ideals.

Because the highest ideal is just to feed your staff.

The development status of this game is by ~40%. So it's not "nearly" finished!

The swearing in the trailer is overkill - even by MY standards. Other then that, very cool laugh Makes me want to delete my games and throw my computer out the window. I like the main character, he looks like the perfect grease ball 'murican to take on the hordes of undead. Keeping that in mind... Did you hear that the governors mansion in Alabama burn't down? Practically took the whole trailer park with it.

Decessus - 80% done. 100% abandoned.

because in reality he has very little done. i mean wha the has uis a lot of work, but its not near completion and even publishing on something like dasura would net him a small amount because people are now going to call him a dukenukem ripoff. which would have been ok if dnf had stayed in limbo.
