Debugger 3.16

///////////// 12/27/17 ////////////////
It is finished and the development is completed!:)

///////////// 04/19/16 ////////////////
Hi there!

I'm working on Debugger 3.16: Hack'n'Run

You have to help a small debug function to find and delete all bugs in the newest game of its developer. Use program code to manipulate objects, enemies and the Debugger itself.

It's still Work-In-Progress (about 40% are finished) but it's already Greenlight.

How do you like it?

Find more about it here:

Well done, the UI work is really good (again) and the coding aspect seems to be well implemented, too.
Only the walkable areas/ tiles (the purple-black bricks) are too dark, you may want to try and give them a bright(er) edge, too, and if possible only really where the player can actually touch the block (and thus not in the big areas of the same tile, see screenshot 4).

I'm not a huge fan of the art style, but that's just me, so carry one!

But what I'm interest in is the technical side of the game! What kind of lexer/parser did you implement for the scripting? And what kind of language did you implement there? So far it seems to be a context-free expression only language, will there be more to it in the future?

Edit: Great, now I've been thinking about how to do something like that. Did you use some kind of shift-reduce parser for it?
