Its illegal to wrap up any software and call it as your own. Its like you are selling somebody's else wine in a new bottle, calling it your own product. Everyone should refrain from shuch things.

Even if you are adding some more functionality a product, you cant layout the terms and pricing for that product. One can charge for their own creations but cant try to endorse or hijack somebody else's creation, and call it his own.
