If you're FBX file contains more than 1 bone per vertex influence, you will need A7 7.04 Pro. All other versions only support 1 bone per vertex.

MED FBX import now also supports bones animation with an arbitrary number of bones per vertex. The FBX format is not downwards compatible to itself, so two FBX importers were now implemented.
