I will tell you how its done… but SPOILER WARNING now then ^^… The technique is to press the WASD as fast as you can in random order for a short while. If you are fast you will take really little damage before you shake them off. A good way to evade them is to dodge with the Q or E Key when they jumps towards you :]... but you will need to time that pretty good ;D... they also have a pretty big weakens, try to find out what that is, and they will not be that hard :]
