Need some advise for purchase audio/video editing software. It must be able to convert from DVD-CAM and or standard AVI to compressed formats like DivX, MOV, FLV, MP4, MPEG, MP3 for sound. I have only 500/800 euro's to spend.

What would be a good choice?
