Shading in A5\A6 is done on a per frame basis and does not interpolate between those frames. When the shading is too noticable it looks like it jumps on every frame of animation. I've seen people mention it here in the forum as "dancing shadows". Because of this we had to strike a very fine balance in the contrast of the shading.
