The evil protagonist should be a french pastry cook of course like Gusteau from Ratatouille just in evil...

And make sure you have a cake throwing machine ingame somewhere which fires cakes screaming in terror at you. You also might want to do movie references like an alien which bursts out of a giant cake like those strippers. You get the idea...

Sounds very much like an idea of mine I might start working on in a few months. Except that I'll use penguins and snowmen... ^^
