thanks for the feedback. You can turn off the sound if you press F12 (how it is indicated in the F1-menu).
The graphics feature highpoly models to deliver high quality visuals I use blurred stencil shadows, which causes also a fps loss on low system. On my system (casual PC) it runs fine, though.
