I like the leveldesign and the texturing quite a bit, but the light needs some work in my opinion. Try to place several lightsources per light in the level and play around with different lightcolors and lightranges.

About models not fitting into the level: Try to import every model you don´t want to be moved as level geometry and for dynamic ones, play around with hard and soft edges and stencil shadows (which will definatly be a bit tricky in combination with hard edges on some models, but should be possible with some extra polygons :P)
