My suggestion is
use newton physics by VET
because physX is a nvidia product
and only work well with nvidia cards
the ati not are sopported
and also old nvidia cards

note: Newton is more fast than physX in software
By logic Nvidia like that for
force to buy the cards
other option is use direxct 10 or 11
but by the moment Newton is more compatible
with all system
