I made a quick head in about 20 minutes. When you have notions of anatomy and if you have already sculpted with others tools, you know how to do things, and it can really go very fast.
Another example ; the head took me some 10 or 20 minutes, it's very quickly made when you know how to use the tools to make lips, noze, eyes etc ..
