the funny thing is that if he writes Predator that can be sued, but if he writes predator (see the difference there?) nobody can do anything about it as none owns rights to word predator.

In any way though I wouldn't mmake a predator game, the subject is too much used. Maybe with some twists to original predator gameplay it could be good, but then it wouldn't anymore be a Predator game
