I've never watched Lost more than three episodes. I'm thinking of getting the first 4 seasons from a friend though.
You can't "easily" jump in, it is a story told from A to Z, so, if you miss one show, you are getting nuts because you don't understand what is happening Have fun with watching the first few seasons, it is a great experience!
