The "ship" looks too dark compared to the sky and to the terrain. Lighting also does not fit to the sky. The ambient light should be blue like the upper sky and the sun should be desaturated and bright orange like the horizon.

Currently the model is not part of the scene.

When you have problem with stencil shadows, then your mesh has open edges. Shadow stripes will leak from there because of faulty volume extrusions.
