Hey...
You definatly got troubles...
But... they are not un-surmountable!

First...
Your starter window...
You need to turn it off so you can see de-bug info...
You do not need to erase the wed file or anything else...
Commenting out the window definition code, obviously wont get rid of the window overlay....

Here's what you do...
Simply look in your directory for a file with the ".wdf" file extention such as "YourProjectName.wdf"
Once you find it, change the name, and the engine wont find it and that's the file which houses the window definition...
When you want it back... just change the name back...

If you have compiled and published, there is a copy of the .wdf file in both the original project directry and the new .cd folder...
Soooo.... you can follow the same procedure in either folder...

BTW... you cant just change from .wdl format to .c format...
Converting from C Script (.wdl) to C-Lite (.C) is a can of worms that you need to research...

Now de-bug that project....
