I'm currently (trying to) work with Windows 8 and just tried to install 3D Gamestudio A8 (latest Version from the Download Area). I get the error message:
"Error: Gamestudio A8 (8.40.3) is not available for WinNTx (6.2)".
Running the Setup in Compatiblity Mode for windows 7 solves this problem..
