Make sure you have configured teh database using the MYSQL Configure that is in teh start menu. And make sure in the configure you made an account. The Password will be the password you created in teh configure, yes its root. yes its localhost or 127.0.0.1 and the table "test" can be what ever table you have created wich is best. i had problems but i just kept trying and figured it out read this whole thread youll find it easier.
