Funny! I wonder if the developers played the game by themselves the graphics are nice, but the game seems to be inspired by "Dr. Bibber":



But nothing beats Trauma Center on Nintendo DS. Too bad that the game turns into a fantasy game with bird like viruses, but the first half is very realistic and challenging to me (for a surgery simulation):
