He is a moderator in this forum and just tries to be helpful. His comment is actually a real problem for your project, since missing licenses can lead to big problems for the users later on. Also, his arguments are not without foundation. In its current state it is probably not the most useful thing for beginners. All in all, he is NOT trolling you. He simply tries to help you - constructive criticism.
