as long as i got it from conitec ,and did not buy/receive it from someone else who pre owned it .
I remember there was a thread, where someone pointed out (law) that it's completely ok to sell a license which was bought from 'hands', plus in that thead there was a support team reply on his question, about selling the license which was bought from 'hands' and they said that it's possible, unfortunately I don't remember that thread's name.
