of course not all enemies will be equipped with railguns, ther will be different weapons and even the crusaders themselves will feature different animations.
The flying soldiers will also be in Quake 4 according to the screenshots I have seen. Some of my levels will surely be a good environment (I built one outside level, where you will be making you way through snowy hills covered in massive fog, so that might be a good idea.
