Go into a one dark room. No switch some lights to on. What do you see? Even behind the places the light don't reaches it is not as dark as before (because the walls etc. reflects the lights). Now have a look at the screenshot. Do you see these thousands of totaly black areas? They are a bit unrealistic and they look very bad... This is one of the big reasons why I don't think that theses screens are awensone (problem could be solved via ambient light) They are good but not perfect.
