Why does Jcl say that they are looking for another broker for the free version?

I am referring to the ff;

Also Zorro S requires an account of min. 25.000€ and not only the so called free Version that is an information and I am repeating now directly given to me by FXCM (by one of their stuff members)

looking at Z12 with an average no. of trades let´s say 750 p.a. this separates the Spreu from the Weizen o sorry that´s german I wanted to say the semi-rich from the very poor - who will simply stay poor - or get even poorer
