So I'm very happy I came across this post.

I used the latest code from here and I didn't even need to use the python file.

I used tac in bash (Windows Linux Subsystem) to reverse the order of dates, and then made a couple modifications to the ConvertData.c file to correctly convert milliseconds, adjust for the date format and simplify the conversion of individual files. If anyone is stuck like me for this simple one-off conversion of DataHist to T1 conversion, I've included the edited file below.
