Sadly I don't know any traders, so I search the net, and read and study.

My wife and I read together, so I search the deepest corners of the net, trying to find ideas, thoughts and all that, which with my limited dev skills can be developed.
I keep my eyes open for book references.

So finding his books suggested here and there (uncorrelated blogs) makes my decision to go with it.
