Problem solved:

File ".... Zorro \ Plugin \ dukascopy \ Plugin.properties"

plugin.maxheapsize = 1024 (default)
set to 256.

I'm still using a Windows 32Bit and Board 32Bit. 4GB RAM (3.25GB usable)

I think that's the reason why the default value plugin.maxheapsize = 1024 is too big
